thankyou

thankyou to everyone that came to see us at The Contemporary Craft Fair in Bovey Tracey, especially those who braved the awful weather on Saturday! Thankfully Sunday was sunny and felt a little more like summer again and the Fair was really busy. We had a great show - our new reclaimed oak mirrors sold straight away and our chopping boards and little cornish slate mirrors are nearly all gone too. We have a busy few days now making more for the Exeter Craft Festival which is this Friday & Saturday! (more details in a little while).

as promised, here are some of our favourites from the show, enjoy.

we totally fell in love with claire's amazing ceramic heads, especially "moody blue" and "maybe it's maybelline". It was claire's first time exhibiting at the show and it was lovely to meet her

we met Teresa at last years show and loved her work. Her stand looked stunning again this year and we loved the deckchairs she had on display. She has an online shop on her website now so do take a look.

it was great to see Katrin again this year at the show - we bought a beautiful little jug from her this time which took us ages to choose because all of her work is so lovely.

we thought Gary Allson's work was beautiful. His plates and bowls were displayed perfectly, very minimal and it worked so well. We didn't see any of the utensils, unfortunately, so we'll have to catch up with him at another show.

If you didn't make it to the show, you can still take a look at all the makers websites on The Contemporary Craft Fair website - http://www.craftsatboveytracey.co.uk/
