the rain

we are trying not to let this rain get us down
but it's difficult

we thought this was a romantic way of looking at the rain though
it's from the howies autumn 09 catalogue

"to catch a raindrop is something
this raindrop has fallen on dinosaurs.
on cavemen.
on bloodied battlefields.
on the birth of religions.
and the fall of mighty empires.
and the start of revolutions.
on cities that no longer exist.
and countries before they had people in them.
this raindrop in on a loop that will never end.
this is your time in it's life.
enjoy."
